This spring, residents worked hard as part of the MCLA and Williams College’s Days of Service to do major spring clean-up and beautification at our Flood House location in North Adams. A donation of variegated hosta plants by Louison House staff member Tracy Beany was planted out front of the building by residents and a community volunteer. The green and white added a striking contrast to the Victorian-era house. The final touch was the installation of the American flag by our summer intern Tommy Kirby. The flag was donated to Louison House by a community member. Thanks to all who participated; Louison House at the Flood House is looking mighty fine!
