This spring residents worked hard as part of the city college Day of Service and with a Williams College day of service to do major spring clean-up and beautification at our Flood House location in North Adams. A donation of variegated hosta plants by Louison House staff member Tracy Beany were planted out front of the building by residents and a community volunteer. The green and white added a striking contrast to the Victorian era house. The final touch was the installation of the American flag by our summer intern Tom Kirby. The flag was donated through the community. Thanks to all who participated; Louison House at the Flood House is looking mighty fine!
